Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy brewing with Lefty. If it isn’t right for you, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within [30] days of delivery.

2. What You Get Back

• 100% of the product price for the item(s) you return, whether a single Lefty or a 3-pack.

• Shipping is not refunded. We don’t refund the original shipping charge, and you pay the cost of sending the item back to us.

3. Tell Us Why

Every return request must include a short explanation of why you’re returning the item. As a small, independent maker, we read every reply. Your feedback helps us improve Lefty, our instructions and our customer support. Sometimes we can solve the problem quickly, for example with tips on grind size, filter choice or pouring technique.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Email support@leftycoils.com with:

   • your order number

   • the item(s) you are returning

   • your reason for the return

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back. We recommend a trackable shipping method, because we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please don’t send anything back until you’ve contacted us. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

5. Condition of Returns

Items should be returned clean, undamaged and complete, ideally in the original packaging. Normal signs of brewing use are fine. [We may reduce a refund for items that come back damaged through misuse.]

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Lefty arrives damaged or defective, email us within [14] days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, and you won’t pay return shipping.

7. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days to show up on your statement.
